WEBVTT - Recastr sample

NOTE
This file uses the parts of WebVTT that Recastr reads around: the header, this
note, the STYLE block, cue identifiers, cue settings and inline tags. The <v>
voice tags name two speakers. Upload it at recastr.io to see each one arrive as
its own speaker, ready for its own voice, with only the words spoken.
